General Guidelines While Practising Pranayama

  1. Learn the techniques properly and practice with dedication
  2. Morning Practice is ideal but can be performed during the daytime on a light stomach
  3. If sitting for more than 30 minutes then don’t take bath for 30 minutes after finishing
  4. Wear loose, comfortable cotton attire
  5. Practice in a clean and quiet indoor space
  6. Do not strain any time
  7. Can be practiced standalone or after asana routine, cycling, gym, dancing, walking, swimming, football but before meditation
