In yoga, we learn that the back is the backbone of the human body but more often than not, people face back health issues irrespective of age. Slouching on the chair, incorrect back postures or lack of strengthening exercises for the back manifest smaller problems into big back health issues. Though, these movements are not all-inclusive but one can begin with or use these movements during the day to move the back anytime anywhere.
