Yoga has been crossing boundaries since a long time now but finally it has knocked doors of the White House too..Interesting!!
And it has a name for it – PALA+.. The Obama clan is trying to promote some healthy living not only among adults but children too..
What more..this year’s Easter Egg Roll Party at the White House was themed “be Healthy, be active, be You!!” which included a lot of physical eggitivity for both kids and adults…Now, that’s some cool public welfare activity by Mr. Obama 🙂
